The controversial social media influencer “Clavicular” is accused of raping a 17-year-old girl in Massachusetts, according to court records.
Braden Peters, 20, allegedly assaulted the girl after he gave her alcohol at his family’s home in Cape Cod on May 23, 2025. The victim told officers she had multiple shots of vodka and was heavily intoxicated.
The 20-year-old influencer is known for promoting the internet trend “looksmaxxing” – essentially doing whatever it takes to achieve traditional attractiveness. The victim said Peters paid her to appear in “looksmaxxing” streaming videos, according to police. She claims he knew she was underage and told her to tell his viewers that she was 18.
On the day of the alleged assault, the girl says she arrived at the Cape Cod home and joined Peters in his bedroom, where he was streaming on Twitch. Police say that during the stream, the victim said to Peters, “Wait, I’m so drunk though,” and Peters replied, “It’s OK.” The two then kiss.
The victim told police that she fell asleep after the livestream ended and woke up the following morning to Peters raping her.
Peters now faces a number of charges, including rape, administering a substance for sexual intercourse and procuring alcohol for a person under 21.
Peters was born in Hoboken, New Jersey and attended Seton Hall Preparatory School. He “briefly attended” Connecticut’s Sacred Heart University, according to the school.
Officials say Peters currently lives in Florida and is not in police custody.
He is expected to be arraigned in Massachusetts on Oct. 14.
