UPPER WEST SIDE (WABC) — Two people were taken to the hospital after falling on an escalator at the Trader Joe’s on the Upper West Side, officials said.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. at the store on 72nd and Broadway.
Details of the incident are unclear.
Fire officials said the injuries were minor.
The store recently reopened after a four-month renovation.
