New York is among the top states with the best budgeters, according to a new WalletHub study.

Maintaining healthy financial habits and sticking with set budgets has become increasingly harder for Americans, according to WalletHub. 83% of Americans who have set budgets say the rise in prices has become the biggest challenge in sticking to them, a recent WalletHub survey found.
