Watch: 'Owning Manhattan' Season 2 is 'all-out real estate warfare'

Nov. 10 (UPI) — Netflix is previewing Season 2 of Owning Manhattan, which explores “all-out real estate warfare.”

Season 2 will see Ryan Serhant’s brokerage team swell to some 1,000 agents competing to close deals despite low inventory.

“What makes our firm special is if you don’t sell, you can’t be here,” Serhant told Netflix’s Tudum. “… So it’s all-out real estate warfare.”

The trailer, which dropped Monday, shows Serhant as the stress of his business catches up to him.

“I just feel like there’s so much pressure sometimes that I just can’t take it,” he said in the trailer.

Season 2 is slated to arrive on Netflix Dec. 5.
