DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — DISCOUNT SUPERMARKET CHAIN Aldi has opened its new store at 625 Fulton St., offering organic produce, cheeses, beer and budget staples like $1.50 chamomile tea and $3.30 strawberries, Brooklyn Bridge Parents reports. The location is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and provides curbside pickup and delivery.
Other grocery openings are on the way across Brooklyn: Lidl will debut stores in Park Slope and Williamsburg, Hashi Market will open on Atlantic Ave. in Boerum Hill, Union Market is coming to Gowanus, and The Goods Mart will launch at Williamsburg Wharf.
