This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Greenpoint, Park Slope, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

First up, in Greenpoint, this wood frame two-family is set up with a rental above a duplex. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $2 million, which was $400,000 under the asking price.

On the parlor level of an impressive brownstone manse near Grand Army Plaza in Park Slope, this two-bedroom co-op boasts high ceilings, a loft space, in-unit laundry, and details from the 1890s. This former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $2.45 million, which was $255,000 over the asking price.

Another of Prospect Lefferts Gardens’ Tudor row houses, this charmer sits within the petite Chester Court Historic District. A storybook exterior lends curb appeal and some period elements were left intact during a reno. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2,025,202, which was $20,202 over the asking price.

Finally, in Bay Ridge, this apartment has a roomy layout that includes three bedrooms and seven closets. The postwar unit doesn’t have a lot of architectural flourishes, but there is the opportunity for a new owner to put their own design stamp on the apartment. This former Co-op of the Day is still available for $509,000, a price cut of $60,000.
