ICE agents apprehended two burglary suspects in Westbury on Sunday.

Nassau Police arrested two Manhattan residents Sunday in connection with a burglary at a Target in Westbury, and later released the pair into U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, authorities said.

The department’s Third Squad reported that officers responded to Target at 999 Corporate Drive on Sunday at 7:32 p.m., following a larceny-in-progress call.

Officers found and arrested Gustavo Tellez Carillo, 36, and 33-year-old Erika Gomez Moreno, who live together at 45 E. 45th St.

Further investigation revealed the individuals are in the United States illegally and are subject to removal proceedings, cops said.

Carillo and Moreno were each charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. They were released on appearance tickets, bit immediately apprehended by ICE agents.
