AFROJACK is bringing his latest chapter of dance music to Brooklyn this week as the GRAMMY Award-winning producer and DJ rakes over Brooklyn Storehouse on Friday, Oct. 2, for a stop on his CONTROL North American Tour.
Joined by Australian house producer Torren Foot, AFROJACK will bring his mix of festival-sized anthems and heavier club sounds to the Brooklyn Navy Yard venue. The show comes as part of his biggest headline tour of 2026 and arrives during Brooklyn Storehouse’s final season of programming before the venue permanently closes following Halloween weekend.
CONTROL reflects the evolution of AFROJACK’s sound, blending the chart-topping tracks and collaborations that have defined his career with the house and techno records that have become an increasingly prominent part of his music.
That evolution has been especially visible throughout 2026. Earlier this year, AFROJACK performed twice at Ultra Music Festival Miami, first opening the Main Stage under his underground-focused alias, Kapuchon, before returning later for an AFROJACK set.
He also reunited with David Guetta and Sia for “Awake Tonight,” marking the trio’s first collaboration since “Titanium,” and appeared at Coachella’s Quasar stage alongside Shimza.
AFROJACK has continued leaning further into club-focused music with releases including “Control” on Black Book Records, the Kapuchon collaboration “Hot Sauce” with Miss Monique and GLZ, “Secret Moves” on Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations imprint and an official remix of “Turn The Lights Off.”
The Brooklyn stop gives fans a chance to hear both sides of an artist whose career has stretched from underground clubs to some of the world’s largest festival stages. Since breaking through with “Take Over Control,” AFROJACK has worked with artists including Beyoncé, David Guetta, Sia, Pitbull and Martin Garrix while becoming one of electronic music’s most recognizable names.
His Brooklyn appearance also carries added significance as Brooklyn Storehouse approaches the end of its run. The 104,000-square-foot venue at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, known for its house and techno programming, is set to permanently close following Halloween weekend.
For AFROJACK, the setting aligns with the direction behind CONTROL: bringing the mainstage energy that has defined much of his career into a more club-focused environment.
