Several fall festivals are approaching as we enter October.
This weekend, the 8th annual Creole Festival will take place at Pier 3 at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Executive chef Eva Volmar, of La Cachette du Coin, one of the festival’s featured restaurants, and festival founder Fabrice Armand, joined NY1’s Dean Meminger on Thursday to talk about what to expect.
