This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?

First up, in the Park Slope Historic District, a renovated two-family row house has some modern amenities along with period details like a pier mirror, moldings, and stained glass. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $5.7 million, which was $205,000 over the asking price.

In this 1890s Prospect Heights brownstone there are plenty of details to swoon over, including fretwork, stained glass, mantels, and built-ins. This former House of the Day entered contract in May.

In Fort Greene, an 1870s brownstone with four units has some historic details remaining such as wood floors, tin ceilings, and marble mantels. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in June.

Finally, in Sunset Park, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in an early 20th century Finnish co-op just a block away from the neighborhood’s namesake park. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in May.
