Today, NYC DOT Commissioner Mike Flynn will speak at the 205th CityLaw Breakfast. Commissioner Flynn will speak on “The NYC DOT Future: Prioritizing Affordable Transportation.” Dean Anthony W. Crowell and Center for New York City and State Law Founding Director and Professor Ross Sandler will provide opening remarks.
