MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was in the Riley County Jail following his Wednesday arrest in connection with rape and other offenses in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Savalas Terell Tolliver Jr., 21, of Manhattan.
Authorities said Tolliver was arrested around 12:22 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Leavenworth Street in Manhattan.

Tolliver was subsequently booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with rape, aggravated sexual battery and failure to appear.
Tolliver remained Thursday in the Riley County Jail, where he was being held on a $100,000 bond.
