Staten Island’s dining scene kept changing in 2026, with restaurants, grocers and catering halls closing across the borough. Closures included A&S Caterers, Applebee’s, Ayat, Crumbl Cookies, DOUGH, East Pacific and Food Dynasty, along with several Popeyes and Qdoba locations. Some spaces already have new tenants lined up, including Little Kitchen, Pizza Mia, La Taqueria Co., Tex’s Chicken & Burgers and Favorite Son. Other addresses are set for new concepts, while a few remain closed with no successor announced, including Sirena Ristorante and Sea Bar.
