MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was hospitalized with serious injuries following a minivan-motorcycle collision Friday evening in Manhattan, authorities said.
The crash was reported around 5:08 p.m. Friday at Manhattan Avenue and Fort Riley Boulevard on the south side of Manhattan.
Riley County police officers who responded to the scene found that a 2017 Dodge Caravan, driven by Eldon Koerber, 71, of Manhattan, had collided with a 2006 Victory motorcycle, ridden by Domonique Lengieza, 32, of Fort Riley.

Authorities said Lengieza was transported by Riley County Emergency Medical Services to Ascension Via Christi Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The crash remained under investigation on Monday.
