The campaign, dubbed “Protect You and Your Tech,” deploys digital navigators to help crime victims, domestic violence survivors, and older adults secure their devices and manage online accounts.

Residents can reach a digital navigator by dialing 311.

Queens University official Bruce Clark reminded residents to use 911 only when they are in danger or believe they’re victims of crimes. Use 311 for digital navigator assistance.

According to WCCB, a cybersecurity workshop will be held in person on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the Valerie C. Woodard Community Resource Center. Individuals can sign up now for digital navigator assistance by calling 311.
