As previously announced, François Arnaud, David Corenswet, and Yvonne Strahovski will lead Richard Greenberg’s play for a limited engagement this winter.

Three Days of Rain, starring François Arnaud, David Corenswet, and Yvonne Strahovski, will officially start Broadway performances at the Longacre Theatre on January 30 ahead of a March 1 opening.

Also newly announced is the show’s design team, which includes scenic designer Todd Rosenthal, costume designer Arianne Phillips, lighting designer Donald Holder, sound designer Justin Ellington, wig and hair designer Luc Verschueren for Campbell Young Associates, and voice and text coach Gigi Buffington.

Anna D. Shapiro directs Three Days of Rain, which spans two generations. In Act 1, a trio of adults try to make sense of their parents’ past, and in Act 2, the play jumps back to the parents themselves, and we learn the truth of what happened between them. The play, written by Richard Greenberg, was a finalist for the 1998 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

As previously announced, Arnaud (Heated Rivalry, Schitt’s Creek) plays Pip/Theo, Corenswet (Superman) is Walker/Ned, and Strahovski (two-time Emmy Award nominee for The Handmaid’s Tale; Dexter) is Nan/Lina. Arnaud and Corenswet make their Broadway debuts with the show.
