STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 25-year-old man was arrested for the third time in a month when a traffic stop in Annadale led to the seizure of cocaine, codeine and amphetamine pills, according to authorities.
Timothy Tretyakov, 25, of Clinton Court in New Brighton, was pulled over by police while driving in a gray 2027 Infiniti Q65 with a Florida license plate near Seguine Place and Mosely Avenue around 7 p.m. on Sept. 19. The defendant attracted the attention of officers by not obeying a stop sign at a nearby intersection, according to the criminal complaint and police.
The defendant could not produce a valid license when requested. Further investigation revealed that his license was suspended or revoked, according to the criminal complaint.
The criminal complaint alleges that multiple narcotics and paraphernalia typically used in the drug trade were found in Tretyakov’s vehicle when the SUV was searched that same night near the 123rd Precinct stationhouse at 116 Main St. in Tottenville.
In the driver’s side door, officers allegedly found a black bag containing cocaine, amphetamine pills and empty plastic zipper bags. Cocaine powder was stashed in 10 small plastic zipper bags and residue of the drug was detected in nine plastic zipper bags. Officers also confiscated 42 orange amphetamine pills stored in a plastic zipper bag.
The criminal complaint alleges that codeine residue was detected in one of three empty bottles of Tuscosed Linctus, a codeine-based cough syrup available by prescription, stored in the center console.
Officers confiscated two black scales tainted with cocaine residue and an iPad from the backseat of the car.
Tretyakov has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia, and violations of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a license violation and failure to stop at a stop sign.
An attorney for the defendant did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The defendant was arrested in Brooklyn on Sept. 12 around 9:30 p.m. at Brighton 6 Street and Brighton Avenue, also while driving the Infiniti on a suspended or revoked license.
The criminal complaint alleges that officers recovered a dagger from the defendant’s waistband and a pill of the anti-anxiety medication alprazolam in the driver’s side door.
The car was searched in the vicinity of the 60th Precinct stationhouse at 2951 8th Street. Officers allegedly found multiple drugs in the rear passenger seat, including: two plastic bags containing a pink-colored combination of illicit drugs commonly referred to as tusi; three plastic bags of cocaine; six pills of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), the active compound of ecstasy, and seven films of the addiction-treatment drug buprenorphine.
