STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A lucky Staten Island lottery player won the jackpot in the Oct. 13 TAKE 5 evening drawing, according to game officials.
The lucky ticket worth $29,482 was sold at Romi Cards & Gifts at 3161 Amboy Road in Oakwood.
The ticket matched five winning numbers: 5, 15, 20, 30 and 31.
TAKE 5 draws numbers from a field of 1 to 39. To win the jackpot, one lucky ticket must match all five numbers.
The game holds televised drawings twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
