Silvertomb keeps the nightmares coming. The New York doom outfit, led by former Type O Negative members Kenny Hickey and Johnny Kelly, just unleashed “Brain Matter / No God” as a new single and lyric video. Hit play below and pre-save the track now.
“Brain Matter / No God” opens The Interpretation Of Nightmares, the band’s second album, which Steamhammer releases worldwide on November 13. The track follows “No Way To Live” and “Graves In The Sky,” giving fans a third look at the eight-song record.
The album ends a seven-year wait since Silvertomb’s 2019 debut Edge Of Existence. Hickey has said the band’s momentum stalled after that record. In his words, “Our hands were suddenly tied for years due to the pandemic and its aftermath.”
New York fans can celebrate the release in person. Silvertomb hosts a record release party at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus Bar on Saturday, November 14, one day after the album drops.
