This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Williamsburg. How did they fare?

In Brooklyn Heights, the picturesque exterior of this wood frame yields to an evocative interior with wide planked floorboards, plaster walls stained with remnants of wall colors of the past, and Federal-era mantels. This former House of the Day sold in July for $5.6 million, which was $700,000 over the asking price.

In Windsor Terrace, a circa 1900 two-family brownstone with bay windows and terra-cotta details comprises a duplex and a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $3.35 million, which was $351,000 over the asking price.

Standing out a bit from its neighbors on the block in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, this neo-Federal style residence has the hallmarks of the early 20th century revival style with its red brick facade, twin dormers, and keystoned lintels. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2,544,215, which was $94,215 over the asking price.

Finally, in a converted factory building, a Williamsburg duplex has the expected high ceilings and banks of big windows along with one bedroom, two bathrooms, and outdoor space. This former Condo of the Day was taken off the market in June.
