There’s a new PAC in town.
The political action committee called Aleinu-NY PAC is dedicated to supporting candidates who have liberal social views and support Israel’s right to exist.
It was born out of a need to push back on both the anti-Israel and antisemitic rhetoric that’s becoming a mainstream staple on both ends of the political spectrum.
Two of the three founders of Aleinu-NY PAC discussed its founding with Capital Tonight’s Susan Arbetter — Michelle Ostrelich, a Schenectady County legislator, and Libby Post, a lobbyist and political consultant.
