A 6-year-old girl was hospitalized after she was struck in the head by a brick that fell from a Queens building, cops said Friday.

The girl was walking past a garage on 59th St. near 56th Drive in Maspeth about 7:40 p.m. Thursday, when a 4-foot by 3-foot section had detached from the facade and rained down on the sidewalk below, cops and the city’s Department of Buildings said.

Medics brought the girl, who suffered a minor head injury, to Bellevue Hospital for treatment.

The DOB sent inspectors to the location, who issued a violation to the building owner for failure to maintain the structure, an agency spokesman said.
