Lady Gaga’s former 3,700 square feet NYC penthouse is on the market.
The lavish four-bedroom apartment is on sale for $7 million.
Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polanksy welcomed their first child four months ago.
Lady Gaga‘s former New York City home is up for sale—and, unsurprisingly, the pop star’s one-time penthouse is nothing short of palatial. The property, a lavish four-bedroom, two-story penthouse in Manhattan’s West Side, is currently on the market for almost $7 million. The listing landed just seven weeks after Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky announced that they welcomed their first child, who reportedly arrived in June.

According to the property listing, Gaga’s one-time home is one of the 27 breathtaking condos in the former Hit Factory Studio. The building was converted into condominiums in 2006—ironically, Gaga recorded her single “Born This Way” in the Hit Factory’s new NoHo studio location in 2011.
Gaga’s former penthouse is a corner duplex occupying the top two floors of the building. It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a luxurious powder room, and a huge private terrace with views of the city. With its 12-foot ceilings and nine-foot windows, the home is truly fit for a pop star.

Gaga reportedly moved to Los Angeles in 2008. She now lives on a large six-acre estate in Malibu, California, which she purchased for $22.5 million in 2014. There have also been rumors that she and Polansky recently moved to Marin County.
The couple recently became parents to their first-born, daughter Rose. “Gaga has taken to being a mother so well,” a source told People earlier this month. “She is kind, protective and loves singing to Rose. She has been singing ‘La Vie en Rose’ and nightly lullabies to her.”
They added, “They feel like a complete family unit and both of them beam when they talk about how Rose is growing.”
