Kelly Ripa takes spooky season very seriously at her house!
The Live with Kelly and Mark co-host, 56, shared a look at some of her Halloween decorations and curated candy bags as she prepared to welcome trick-or-treaters at her New York City home, which she shares with husband Mark Consuelos, 55.
In an Instagram post shared on Sunday, Nov. 1, Ripa showed off her Grey Gardens-inspired costume in the first clip as she made her way down the stairs and into the front entryway of the Manhattan townhouse. By the door, piles of full-size candy bags can be seen sitting in boxes as Ripa waved an American flag around the space.
Also included in the roundup was a closer look at the drawstring bags seemingly filled with candy that Ripa planned to hand out to trick-or-treaters, followed by boxes of Twizzlers in the next slide.
In the last couple of slides, she shared a glimpse of her Halloween decor, which included festive flowers inside a calavera-shaped vase as well as other skull statues adorning a glass table.
“Happy Halloween from all of us at Grey Gardens. Especially little Edie and big little Edie,” Ripa captioned the post.
Ripa’s costume and her home’s setup drew in a number of comments from some of her famous friends, including Heather Dubrow who wrote: “This is epic. Also, twizzlers come in a box ?!?”
Anderson Cooper added, “This is next level!” followed by Andy Cohen‘s comment: “AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Ripa also got approval from her and Consuelos’ 25-year-old daughter, Lola, who wrote, “I’m cracking up 😂😂😂” in the comments. Along with Lola, the couple share sons Michael, 29, and Joaquin, 23.

The married talk show hosts tend to go all out for Halloween and have previously shared a look at some of the Halloween chaos they experience at their abode during the holiday. Last year, the couple recalled a strange request from a parent taking his kids trick-or-treating at their home in an October 2025 episode of Live with Kelly and Mark.
“I remember one guy was with his kids and he asked if he could use my bathroom,” Consuelos said, sparking a wave of laughter from the audience at the time. His wife nodded along and added, “Yeah, I remember that.”
Consuelos continued, “And he stepped forward, like I was going to say ‘yes.'” Looking at Ripa, he noted, “We always laugh about this. You’re more of an access granted person in our lives, and I’m very much access denied.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Ripa opened up about getting picky trick-or-treaters and how she planned on dealing with it in the future.
“We give — to be clear — good candy, full-size candy. We give a lot of it, we’re generous with the candy giving,” she said at the time. “But, it’s not a bazaar, we’re not here to haggle. Take your candy and move along.”
She added, “I’m putting [the candy] in opaque bags, tied up. Here’s your bag. Bye! You’re welcome.”
