5An off-duty cop raped a 15-year-old girl in The Bronx, police said Friday.
Officer Ndegnior Kpan, 27, was arrested Thursday evening when cops responded to his Co-op City apartment after a 911 call about an assault, law-enforcement sources said.
The teen victim claimed that she’d gotten into an argument with Kpan — her “friend” — and when she tried to get her belongings from his apartment, he dragged her outside, sources said.

The assault left the girl with visible injuries, according to sources.
An investigation revealed Kpan had an “intimate relationship” with the teen, which is statutory rape, sources said.
He was arrested and charged with rape, endangering the welfare of a child and assault, police said.
Kpan — who had only been on the job since July 2024 and was on “extended leave” at the time of the arrest — was suspended without pay, cops and sources said.
