TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A Manhattan woman was arrested Friday, Nov. 14, in connection with battery of a law enforcement officer and other charges.
Riley County Police Department officers reported criminal damage to property, battery of a law enforcement officer, and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia around 5:26 in the 500 block of Manhattan Avenue.
33-year-old Asia Foster, of Manhattan, was arrested around 6:45 p.m.
During the arrest, Foster allegedly battered a 25-year-old officer.
Foster was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with the following charges:
criminal damage to propertybattery of a law enforcement officeruse/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia
Foster was issued a total bond of $5,000.
