A new report shows a growing number of New Yorkers are struggling to put food on the table.

The study from Robin Hood and Columbia University finds more than 40% of families can’t afford their weekly groceries, often falling short by about $200.

With food costs up more than 30% over the last decade, Matt Klein, chief program and impact officer at Robin Hood, joined “Mornings On 1” Tuesday to break down the findings.
