MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was arrested in connection with drug crime Monday afternoon in Manhattan, authorities said.
The arrested man was identified as David DeJesus Roman, 28, of Ogden.
According to Riley County police officials, Roman was arrested around 9:45 a.m. Monday in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.

Officers earlier filed a report for distribution of an opiate, narcotic, certain stimulant and the use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation at approximately 12:07 p.m. on April 23, 2025.
Roman was subsequently arrested around 9:45 a.m. on Monday in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road in Manhattan and was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with distribution of an opiate, opium, narcotic, certain stimulant; and the use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation.
DeJesus Roman was issued a total bond of $7,500, officials said.
