West Seneca Schools have decided to forego redistricting. instead moving forward with a different plan to help the population in its elementary schools.
The plan approved will see Clinton Elementary School house students pre-K to second grade.
Northwood Elementary would be for students grades 3-5.
Those changes go into effect next school year.
For the 2027 school year, Allendale and Winchester Potter Elementary Schools will become pre-K through second grade, and West Elementary will change to grades 3-5.
Superintendent Lisa Krueger did not rule out redistricting in the future.
