A St. Lawrence County man was arrested this week after police said he stole two four-wheelers.New York State Police arrested Justin Whitmarsh, 35, of Hermon on a charge of criminal possession of stolen property after an investigation into a stolen four-wheeler.Police had been called to Dry Bridge Road in Oswegatchie in October after they learned that a Polaris Sportsman four-wheeler had been stolen from the home.When troopers went to Whitmarsh’s home as part of their investigation, they discovered the stolen four-wheeler along with another vehicle that had been recently reported stolen and was being investigated by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department. Both of the four-wheelers were towed and the St. Lawrence Sheriff’s Department was informed.Whitmarsh was arrested, processed and released on a ticket to appear in court in January to answer to the charge.
