This weekend – late night Friday, November 21 through early morning Monday, November 24 – the only service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Borough Hall and Jay Street-MetroTech overnight Friday to Saturday through Sunday to Monday will be Manhattan bound N trains, as Brooklyn bound N trains will be re-reouted and overnight R service will be suspended. Days and evenings Saturday and Sunday there will be no Brooklyn bound R train service at those locations, as Brooklyn bound R trains will be re-routed to the Q line between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue.

The following week – Monday morning, November 24 through Friday evening, November 28 – will be a work week punctuated by Thanksgiving on Thursday the 27th. The only planned service change directly affecting service at local stations is that late nights Monday to Tuesday and Tuesday to Wednesday there will be no Brooklyn bound N train service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Brooklyn bound N trains will be re-routed. R trains should be running normally. Note that on Thanksgiving Day all trains will be running on a Sunday schedule, which means 3 trains will not be serving Brooklyn. If you’re planning to go watch the parade live, note that some subway entrances and exits in Manhattan will be closed. Go to the MTA website for current info.

These are the PLANNED changes affecting local service for this weekend and for the following week. Always check MTA Info for unplanned service changes that may affect local service or service on other parts of your trip, or for planned service changes that affect stations to or from which you may be traveling.
