The crash is causing significant traffic disruptions on the George Washington Bridge.

The lower portion of the roadway is experiencing one-hour delays, while delays on the upper portion have reached one hour and 30 minutes, according to the Port Authority. NJ Transit buses are experiencing up to 15-minute delays due to heavier traffic.

The Trans-Manhattan Expressway also had a crash blocking the right lane, but that has since cleared.
