QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. – Queen Creek High School is on lockdown after police say a student reported hearing gunshots.
What we know:
Queen Creek Police say officers have responded to the school, located near Signal Butte and Ocotillo Roads, to search the campus.
“At this point, there are no indications of any emergency or reported injuries. Officers continue to check the campus room by room,” police said.
Police ask parents not to go to the campus at this time.
“We will share verified updates as soon as they become available, including information about the reunification process,” police said.
