STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A New Springville man was sentenced Monday to 15 years in federal prison in a sex-trafficking and coercion case involving a 14-year-old girl and other women in Brooklyn.
Justin Dixon, 34, was sentenced by Judge William F. Kuntz II at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn, after pleading guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor and being in possession of a firearm. Dixon pleaded guilty to the charges in November 2024.
In January 2023, Dixon transported the minor victim and other women to a known prostitution area of Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn, referred to as the “Penn Track” or the “Blade,” according to authorities.

He forced them to engage in prostitution and demanded all proceeds be turned over to him, authorities said. Any resistance from the victims was met with violence, according to court documents.
Dixon used social media and internet applications to recruit and groom his victims, according to authorities. Law enforcement officers said they rescued the 14-year-old girl, identified as Jane Doe, from a home on Richmond Hill Road in New Springville, where she and other adult women were being held against their will.
At the Staten Island townhouse, Dixon forced the women to cook for him, clean and bathe him, authorities said. He would not allow the women to be clothed inside the house and physically punished them if they disobeyed his rules, according to court documents. Despite being a convicted felon, Dixon possessed and brandished firearms in front of his victims, authorities said.
According to court documents, Dixon further abused the minor victim, whom he called “Tiny,” by overfeeding her to make her appear older than her age. He forced her to take unidentified pills to increase her appetite and allegedly said he was arranging plastic surgery to also make her look older. The teen eventually managed to alert authorities to the abuses taking place in the townhouse.
“Today’s sentencing holds the defendant accountable for the violence and cruelty to women and children caused by his unthinkable actions,” said United States Attorney Joseph Nocella Jr. “It is the hope of our office that Dixon’s extensive prison sentence brings some measure of comfort to his victims.”
FBI Assistant Director in Charge Christopher G. Raia said Dixon “repeatedly violated his victims’ autonomy through degrading and manipulative grooming techniques designed to entrap them into his servitude.”
“Anyone who would seek to profit through the abuse and exploitation of other people – especially our youth – will be held fully accountable,” said NYPD Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch.
