WILLIAMSBURG — A 22-YEAR-OLD MAN was arrested over three random attacks on women in Williamsburg Monday night, reports the New York Post.

Jacob Narvaez allegedly slapped a 19-year-old woman’s rear end on Heyward Street around 9:25 p.m., then allegedly assaulted two more women outside a Bedford Avenue yeshiva minutes later, striking one across the face and scratching another on the back, before fleeing.

One victim, Rachel Paskes, said the slap, directed at her face while she was on a phone call, was so forceful it knocked her phone dead.

Narvaez was arrested under an hour later and charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment.
