The Chicago Bulls look to snap their four-game losing streak against the rebuilding Brooklyn Nets.
The Chicago Bulls look to end their current four-game winning streak as they face off against Michael Porter Jr. and the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets are in the middle of a rebuilding season and are looking to develop their young talent. Meanwhile, the Bulls look to not drop another game against one of the worst teams in the eastern conference.
Bulls vs. Nets Preview
The Bulls are finally back home after losing all four of their games on their four-game road trip that included facing the New Orleans Pelicans, Charlotte Hornets, Indiana Pacers, and Orlando Magic. While this Bulls team is facing multiple injuries, the team is struggling to defend and weren’t able to close out the Magic on Monday when they had a 15-point lead at one point and lost 125-120.
On the other hand, the Brooklyn Nets are coming off a solid victory on Monday, where they beat the Charlotte Hornets at home 116-103 to earn their fourth win of the season. Michael Porter Jr., who was traded to the Nets in the offseason, led the way with 35 points, seven rebounds, and shot 54.2% from the field. The Nets are near the bottom in many of the statistical categories as a team, but they have guys who can make threes, especially if they get going. The Bulls are currently eighth in three-pointers made per game at 14.5. The Nets come in at ninth at 14.0. Bulls fans can anticipate a potential shootout type of game where lots of threes are made, not a lot of defense will be played, but the Bulls will probably have the faster pace as a team.
