A Brooklyn woman was arrested Tuesday night for allegedly driving drunk in Oceanside with a 7-year-old in the backseat, according to authorities.

Police say they saw Paula Gregg-Stanton swerving on Long Beach Road near Tilrose Ave. around 10:30 p.m.

When officers pulled the car over, they say, the boy in the back wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. 

 The 34-year-old was taken into custody and the child was released to a family member, officials said.

Gregg-Stanton was charged with two counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (Leandra’s Law), Driving While Intoxicated, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law infractions, police said.
