Cara Delevingne discounted her massive Manhattan home by more than $1 million this week, according to a StreetEasy listing update.
The English model-actress purchased the Gramercy Park triplex from fellow multi-hyphenate Jimmy Fallon just a few years ago for $10.8 million. She listed the pad for $11 million in October. It now sits at a cool $9.99 million.
“We made a proactive, strategic adjustment to align the property with where the market currently is,” listing broker Stefani Berkin of R New York told The Post.

“We’re already seeing renewed interest and expect increased activity moving forward,” Berkin said. “This is a trophy property — one that a lucky buyer will have the privilege to call home.”
The trophy is a colorful one — Delevingne and Fallon appear to share the same eclectic taste. Many rooms in the recently discounted listing appear nearly identical to Fallon’s day.
The nearly 5,000-square-foot residence is filled with pops of bold color and vintage decor, with ’70s-style wallpaper in the bedrooms and a deer antler chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

Fallon and his wife, producer Nancy Juvonen, decked out the home with quirky features, including secret passageways, a vintage bar and a wood-lined tub.
The sprawling six-bedroom sits atop the Queen Anne-style 34 Gramercy Park East. The nine-story doorman building is considered to be one the city’s oldest surviving co-ops. Ownership there comes with keys to the ultra-private Gramercy Park across the street.
Fallon bought his first one-bedroom unit in the building in 2002 for $850,000, according to property records. Two decades and three extra units later, Fallon turned the former bachelor pad into a massive family residence.

Entry is accessed on the building’s seventh floor, which hosts the living room and a kitchen with Gramercy Park views, as well as three bedrooms.

Fallon and Juvonen listed the home in 2021 for $15 million, finding a buyer in Delevingne a little over a year later. Her purchase came with a $4.2 million discount off Fallon’s asking price.

Delevingne’s current NYC digs are unknown. It was reported she was spending more time on the East Coast after her $7 million mansion in Studio City burned down in a 2024 fire. Delevingne sold that home at a major loss.
September saw her snap up a new home in Beverly Hills to the tune of $11 million, the Daily Mail reported.
The model clearly has a preference for buying from famous friends — her newest home came courtesy of her pal Jennifer Lawrence.
