Viewers will soon be able to take a bite out of the Big Apple’s luxury real estate scene as “Owning Manhattan” is back.
Season 2 of “Owning Manhattan,” the Netflix reality show following agents at Ryan Serhant’s brokerage, SERHANT., premieres on Dec 5.
Serhant first gained prominence as a cast member on “Million Dollar Listing New York.” As that show wound down, Serhant started his own luxury real estate brokerage in New York, which is now the subject of “Owning Manhattan”.
Season 1 of the show premiered in June 2024 and featured SERHANT. agents selling multimillion-dollar properties across Manhattan as they navigated turmoil in their personal relationships.
