TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Three individuals were arrested after an aggravated battery in Manhattan on Wednesday.
Riley County Police Department officers reported the incident around 5:19 p.m. on Dec. in the 700 block of Allen Road.
A 23-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported that three males beat him and stole his handgun. The total loss associated with the case is about $150.
As a result of the investigation, three male suspects were arrested.
Terrion Toliver, 18, of Manhattan, was arrested around 11:56 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, in connection with aggravated robbery. He remains in the Riley County Jail under a $150,000 bond.
A 16-year-old from Manhattan was also arrested around 10:18 p.m. on Dec. 4 in connection with aggravated robbery. He remains in the North Central Kansas Juvenile Detention Facility with no bond.
A 17-year-old from Manhattan was arrested around 12:48 a.m. on Dec. 5 in connection with aggravated battery. He remains in the North Central Kansas Juvenile Detention Facility with no bond.
