The Perrodo oil billionaires’ family office is exploring new residential property deals in the US, reflecting the firm’s growing status as a major real estate and private equity investor.

BNF Capital has sent a team to Brooklyn and Austin to study housing demand in “two of America’s fastest-growing markets,” according to a LinkedIn post this week. The US could provide “big opportunities” to build on its UK property portfolio, which is primarily focused on office buildings, the firm said.
