BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — ACROBATS, JUGGLERS AND CLOWNS return to Montague Street this Sunday, Oct. 19, when the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus brings their Flatbed Follies traveling show to Montague Open Streets. This is also the weekend to grab a 40-pound bag of compost, donate blood, and enjoy live music by singer and songwriter Hillary Powell and the JAW kids band. Sunday’s activities are brought to the community courtesy of Councilmember Lincoln Restler and Saint Ann’s Church.
Car-free Montague Open Streets is sponsored by the Montague Street BID, Brooklyn Heights Association and the city’s Department of Transportation. To see the full schedule and sign up for compost, visit the Montague BID’s website.
