An Upstate New York DoorDash driver who was arrested for posting a TikTok video of a passed-out naked customer, claiming to be the victim of sexual harrassment, hid from cameras after her arraignment, according to reports.

Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in Oswego City Court on Thursday morning to be arraigned on felony charges for posting a video through the front door of a half-naked customer who was slumped on the couch when she delivered a meal to him, WSYR-TV reported.

Henderson was arrested last month after she filed a police report claiming the incident had been sexual harassment — though the man was actually passed out drunk in his home, investigators determined.

Upstate New York DoorDash driver Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in Oswego City Court on Thursday morning to be arraigned on felony charges for posting videos.

“My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me,” she claimed in one TikTok video about the Oct. 12 incident.

The video, where the talkative TikToker suggested the man had exposed himself to her and included footage of the nude customer, reached nearly 30 million views before it was removed.

Henderson later also accused DoorDash of deactivating her account for no reason.

The delivery service, however, made clear it had no choice given the videos she shared.

“Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies,” the company had said when she was first arrested.

Henderson also posted a video that showed a half-naked customer who was slumped on the couch when she delivered a meal to him, WSYR-TV reported.

“That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated,” the company said.

Henderson now faces two felony charges — one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.

Her defense attorney waived a reading of the charges and entered a not guilty plea, Oswego County News Now reported.

Oswego City Judge Timothy Kirwan ordered Henderson be released without bail in agreement with prosecutors, the outlet said.

While exiting the courthouse, Henderson’s father held up his jacket to shield her face from reporters and cameras.

The father-daughter duo remained mum as they hurried away from the courthouse and into their car.
