A Port Authority bus plowed into a building in Midtown Manhattan on Thursday, December 11, damaging scaffolding.
Footage recorded by Danielle Singh shows the bus crashed into the building, located just steps away from the Newark Airport Express bus stop.
“I was walking from a dentist appointment and heard a loud boom. I turned to the left and saw this bus with scaffolding collapsed on top of it,” Singh told Storyful. “I called 911 to report the accident and then took this video.”

Police told the publication the bus was traveling eastbound when “it lost control” and smashed through the scaffolding and into the building.
One person was transported to hospital in an unknown condition, ABC reported, citing fire officials.
