One person was rushed to the hospital after a bus crashed into scaffolding in Manhattan on Thursday, according to officials.

The FDNY says the bus crashed into scaffolding around 4:35 p.m. at 115 E. 41 St. between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue.

FDNY officials say one person was taken to Bellevue Hospital. There’s no word yet on their condition.

Both the Department of Buildings and the MTA have been requested to respond to the scene.

The DOB said their inspectors are en route to the scene to investigate.

The vice president of public affairs for Coach USA/Megabus/Coach Canada released a statement saying, “We are currently investigating what occurred as to the incident near Grand Central. No pedestrians or any others were injured.”

Authorities have closed East 41st Street between Park and Lexington avenues.
