THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — New York City Housing Connect has opened a lottery that offers apartments for sale as low as $19,894.
The units are available at the Mitchell-Lama Lind-Ric affordable housing development at 2410 Barker Ave. in the Bronx.
Applicants must be New York State residents, and only one request may be submitted per applicant.

There will be a limit of 250 applicants drawn for the one-bedroom lottery, 250 drawn for the two-bedroom lottery, and 200 drawn for the three-bedroom lottery.
The lotteries close on Dec. 29.
