State police probing ‘suspicious death’ in Catskill – Daily Freeman

CATSKILL, N.Y. — State police are probing a “suspicious death” that occurred in the town on Friday, according to Trooper Jennifer Alvarez.

In a statement to the Freeman, Alvarez said state police at Catskill are investigating a “suspicious death that occurred in the area of Forest View Drive.”

Alvarez said there is “no danger to the public,” however, troopers are still on the scene as an investigation continues. Alvarez added that more information would be released as it becomes available.
