KENSINGTON — POLICE ARE SEARCHING for two suspects, after a man was stabbed late Thursday night at a Kensington bodega, ABC News 7 reports. The attack occurred just before 11:25 p.m., when the victim, age 27, was stabbed in the chest and abdomen. He was transported to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

According to investigators, two attackers fled the scene on foot, heading north on Beverley Road. No arrests have been made, and police have not released descriptions of the suspects or said what led to the confrontation.

The stabbing adds to a recent spate of late-night violent incidents reported at convenience stores across the borough. Detectives are reviewing surveillance footage as the investigation continues.
