MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A person was arrested over the weekend in Manhattan in connection with stalking and several other offenses, officials said.
The arrested person was identified as Summer Faith Carlson, 25, of Aberdeen, South Dakota.
According to Riley County Police officials, Carlson was arrested around 5:40 p.m. Saturday in the 1001 block of S. Seth Child Road.

Carlson was taken into custody on a Riley County District Court warrant on seven counts of harassment by telecom device; seven counts of interference with a law enforcement officer; seven counts of criminal false communication; seven counts of criminal threat; and one count of stalking.
Officers filed the initial report on July 3, 2025.
Carlson was being held in the Riley County Jail on a total bond of $10,000.
