CITYWIDE — JAKE LEIBER, owner of bistro Chez Ma Tante, located at 90 Clyer St., has signed a roughly 4,500-square-foot lease for a ground-floor space at 555 Greenwich St. in Hudson Square, according to Eater NY

The new-construction building, completed in 2023, is part of the 13-building Hudson Square Portfolio, a historically significant tract tied to Trinity Church’s land holdings, originally bestowed by Queen Anne in 1705.

Chez Ma Tante, which opened in Greenpoint in 2017, closed temporarily in 2024 for repairs and has since reopened; plans for the Manhattan space have not yet been announced.
